The shares the other investors subscribe to cannot be transferred within 6 months from the issuance closing date. Transaction is approved by board of directors at Company’s Directorate Meeting, and is subject to the approvals of the Company’s Shareholders, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, and the China Securities Regulatory Commission At present, Zhuzhou State-Owned Assets Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd. holds 186,415,400 shares, 27.00% stake.
