China Railway Group Limited Announces Executive Changes

China Railway Group Limited announced that Ma Yonghong tendered his written resignation as a joint company secretary of the Company and the secretary to the Board with effect from August 1, 2026 due to reaching retirement age. After his resignation, Ma Yonghong shall be appointed by the Company as an external director of its subsidiaries. His duties have been duly handed over in compliance with applicable laws and regulations and the Company’s relevant rules. His resignation will not affect the normal business operation of the Company. In accordance with the Regulatory Rules for the Board Secretaries of Listed Companies, the Rules Governing the Listing of Stocks on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, and other relevant regulations, Chen Wenjian, the Chairman of the Company, will temporarily act as the secretary to the Board until a new secretary to the Board is appointed. The Company will, in accordance with relevant regulations, complete the works for the selection and appointment of the new secretary to the Board as soon as practicable and fulfill its information disclosure obligations in a timely manner. Tam Chun Chung, another joint company secretary of the Company, will continue to serve as the company secretary of the Company.
