Global New Material International Holdings Limited Announces Executive Changes, Effective July 17, 2026

Global New Material International Holdings Limited announced that, with effect from July 17, 2026, Ms Cheung Ka Lun Karen resigned as a joint company secretary of the Company and ceased to be an authorised representative of the Company under Rule 3.05 of the Rule Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and the process agent of the Company in Hong Kong for the purpose of accepting service of process and notices on its behalf as required under Rule 19.05(2) of the Listing Rules and Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong). Following the resignation of Ms Cheung, the Board announced that Ms Lee Ching Ying has been appointed as the joint company secretary of the Company with effect from July 17, 2026. Ms Lee is an Assistant Manager of Company Secretarial Services of Tricor Services Limited, a global professional services provider specializing in integrated business, corporate and investor services. Ms Lee has over six years of experience in the corporate secretarial field and has been providing professional corporate services to Hong Kong listed companies as well as multinational, private and offshore companies. Ms Lee possesses the academic or professional qualifications of a company secretary as required under Rule 3.28 of the Listing Rules. With effect from July 17, 2026, the joint company secretaries of the Company are Mr. Zhou Fangchao and Ms Lee. Following the resignation of Ms Cheung, she has also ceased to be the Authorised Representative and the Process Agent with effect from July 17, 2026. The Board announced that Ms Lee, the newly appointed Joint Company Secretary, has been appointed as the Authorised Representative and the Process Agent with effect from July 17, 2026. With effect from July 17, 2026, the Authorised Representatives are Dr Su Ertian and Ms Lee, while the Process Agents are Ms Ho Wing Tsz Wendy and Ms Lee.
