175: Europe Partnership And Dividend Payout Will Support Measured Repricing

Analysts have raised their price target for Geely Automobile Holdings from about HK$20.53 to around HK$22.33, citing updated assumptions on discount rates, revenue growth, profit margins and a higher future P/E multiple. What's in the News Volvo Cars and Geely Auto signed a memorandum of understanding for a new commercial partnership in Europe with Lynk & Co. Under the agreement, Volvo Cars would become the exclusive importer and handle Lynk & Co's commercial and brand operations in the region, using Volvo's retailer and servicing network to support Lynk & Co and broaden Volvo's customer reach (Key Developments).
