Signature International Berhad Announces Appointment of Lau Kock Sang as Executive Director, Effective July 20, 2026

SIGNATURE INTERNATIONAL BERHAD had appointed MR LAU KOCK SANG as Executive Director, effective July 20, 2026. MR LAU KOCK SANG, aged 55, is male and Malaysian. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from University of Paisley, United Kingdom. He began his career in Inyaco Timber Industry Sdn Bhd as a Marketing Executive in 1998 and was promoted as Marketing Manager. In 1999, he joined FTG Furniture Sdn Bhd as a Sales and Marketing Manager and left the company in 2002. In 2003, he relocated to UK and was subsequently appointed as a Director of Eurasia Furnishings Limited (a company based in UK). He joined Homelife (UK) Limited (a company based in UK) as a Managing Director in 2005. In 2008, he joined Furniturehouse Limited (a company based in UK) as a General Manager until his departure in 2009. In 2010, he returned to Malaysia and joined S.H.E Flooring Concepts Sdn Bhd as a General Manager. In 2011, he was appointed as a Sales Director - Retail Division of Signature Cabinet Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of the Company, and subsequently re-designated as Chief Executive Officer - Project Business Unit of Signature Cabinet Sdn Bhd in 2021. He then assumed the position of Group Chief Executive Officer of the Company in 2023. As Group Chief Executive Officer of the Company, he is responsible for overseeing the overall strategic direction of the Group, a position that he continues to hold to-date. He also holds directorship in Signature Alliance Group Berhad.
