Alfabs Australia Limited Announces Appointment of Glen Robinson as Independent Non-Executive Director and Member of Committee's, Effective June 18, 2026

Alfabs Australia Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Glen Robinson as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, effective 18 June 2026. Mr. Robinson brings more than 40 years of experience across the mining, resources and project development sectors, having held senior executive leadership positions with Anglo American and Xstrata. Most recently, Mr. Robinson served as Executive Head of Projects for Anglo American Steelmaking Coal, where he was responsible for project governance, capital allocation and delivery of major mining developments across Australia and South Africa. During his tenure, he oversaw project portfolios with annual capital budgets of up to USD 700 million and played a leading role in the successful delivery of several major resource projects, including the Grosvenor Mine (AUD 3.0 billion), Aquila Mine (AUD 600 million) and the Mafube Expansion Project in South Africa. Prior to Anglo American, Mr. Robinson held a range of senior project, operational and executive leadership roles with Xstrata Coal globally, including General Manager Projects, Project Director and General Manager Technical and Business Development. His extensive experience spans project development, operational leadership, mergers and acquisitions, capital project governance, strategic sourcing and business growth. In addition to joining the Board, Mr. Robinson will serve as a member of the Company's Audit and Risk Committee. His extensive experience in project governance, capital allocation, risk management and operational oversight gained through senior executive roles will further strengthen the Committee's capability in overseeing Alfabs' financial reporting, risk management framework and governance processes. Mr. Robinson holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Mining) with First Class Honours and is a Member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (AusIMM). He has held numerous statutory and operational leadership positions throughout his career and possesses extensive experience in mine development, project execution, business development, mergers and acquisitions, capital allocation and governance. His career has spanned operational, technical and executive leadership roles in Australia, South Africa and Colombia, including senior positions with Anglo American and Xstrata.
