Mr. Kusha Charan Swain is a seasoned finance professional with over 22 years of extensive experience across financial management, accounting, taxation, financial reporting, audit, banking, treasury operations, working capital management and regulatory compliance. Over the course of his professional career, he has been associated with senior finance and accounts functions and has acquired substantial exposure to financial planning, budgeting and forecasting, management information systems, cash-flow optimisation, fund management and financial control frameworks. His experience also encompasses finalisation of financial statements, statutory and internal audits, development and monitoring of internal financial controls, taxation and regulatory compliances, including matters relating to GST, Income Tax, TDS, FEMA and RBI regulations. His broad-based financial and commercial experience provides him with a comprehensive understanding of financial governance, risk assessment, capital and liquidity management, financial discipline and regulatory reporting.
