Update on My Evenamide Investment Thesis - August 2026 I originally wrote about Newron Pharmaceuticals (SIX: NWRN) as a speculative Phase III biotech investment centred almost entirely around evenamide , its first-in-class glutamate modulator for treatment-resistant schizophrenia (TRS). At the time, my thesis was fairly straightforward: strong earlier clinical data, a very large unmet medical need, external validation through Asian licensing deals, and pivotal Phase III data expected in 2026.
