X Bioscience Public Company Limited Announces Board Changes

X Bioscience Public Company Limited had acknowledged the resignation of Ms. Naphat Tavisaengsiri from her position as Director, effective May 28, 2026. The company had acknowledged the resignation of Mr. Yuthaveera Achawangkul from his positions as Independent Director and Member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company, effective May 30, 2026. The Board of Directors’ Meeting resolved to approve the appointment of Dr. Poramin Nillaphan as Independent Director, Audit Committee Member, and Nomination and Remuneration Committee Member of the Company in replacement of Ms. Naphat Tavisaengsiri. The term of office shall be equal to the remaining term of the resigned director (expiring at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the year 2027). Such appointment shall be effective from May 29, 2026 onwards. The Board of Directors’ Meeting resolved to approve the appointment of Asst. Prof. Dr. Radchada Lurang as Independent Director, Audit Committee Member, and Nomination and Remuneration Committee Member of the Company in replacement of Mr. Yuthaveera Achawangkul. The term of office shall be equal to the remaining term of the resigned director (expiring at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the year 2028). Such appointment shall be effective from June 1, 2026 onwards. Following the appointment of the above directors, the structure of the Company’s Board of Directors comprised the following persons as Directors and/or Independent Directors of the Company: Mr. Supoj Pannoi, Chairman of the Board of Directors /Independent Director /Audit Committee; Miss Saowanee Khaoubol, Vice Chairman of the Board of Director /Director /Acting Chief Executive Officer; Mr. Amnart Lertpresertwong, Director; Miss Thansuda Rungruang, Director; Mr. Phurit Wongkham, Director; Mr. Sarayut Rueangsuwan, Independent Director /Chairman of the Audit Committee /Chairman of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee; Dr. Poramin Nillaphan, Independent Director /Audit Committee /Nomination and Remuneration Committee; Asst.
