Enlight Renewable Energy Eyes US$2.1 Billion Revenue With AI-Driven Data Center Expansion

Enlight Renewable Energy outlined a plan to reach more than $2.1 billion in annual recurring revenue by the end of 2028, centered on utility-scale renewables, large energy storage, and data centers serving AI workloads. The company aims to expand its operating capacity in the U.S. roughly twelvefold, targeting around 12 to 13 GW of capacity across Israel, Europe, and the U.S., backed by a project pipeline of about 42 GW. Key projects include a roughly 160 MWIT data center at Ashalim in Israel and up to roughly 1,000 MWIT across four U.S. sites co-located with renewable and storage assets, plus a 15-year PPA with Google for 200 MWac of solar power, with data center-related adjusted EBITDA margins projected at 70 to 80%.
