Alantra PEF IV, Asua Inversiones, S.L. (Asset Management), Beraunberri, S.L., Inflexion Partnership Capital Fund III, Key Wolf, S.L., Alantra Private Equity, Inflexion Private Equity Partners LLP and Florac Investissements SAS agreed to acquire an unknown minority stake in Salto Systems, S.L. from Alantra PEF III, Peninsula Capital Sarl, Sofina Société Anonyme (ENXTBR:SOF), Alantra Private Equity and Peninsula Capital II S.à r.l.

Alantra PEF IV, Asua Inversiones, S.L. (Asset Management), Beraunberri, S.L., Inflexion Partnership Capital Fund III, Key Wolf, S.L., Alantra Private Equity, Inflexion Private Equity Partners LLP and Florac Investissements SAS agreed to acquire an unknown minority stake in Salto Systems, S.L. from Alantra PEF III, Peninsula Capital Sarl, Sofina Société Anonyme (ENXTBR:SOF), Alantra Private Equity and Peninsula Capital II S.à r.l. on July 22, 2026. Florac have reaffirmed their commitment by reinvesting. Upon completion, the new and reinvesting institutional shareholders will hold a combined 33% stake, while Salto’s original founders and long-standing local investors will retain a 67% majority ownership, ensuring continuity. The transaction will have no impact on Salto's operations, governance, strategic direction, or management team. The leadership, including CEO Marc Gómez and co-founder Javier Roquero, will remain in place, and the company's headquarters will continue to be in Oyarzun, Spain. The transaction is subject to approval by regulatory board / committee. Addleshaw Goddard LLP acted as legal advisor for Alantra Private Equity.
