Lumen Technologies, Inc.'s (NYSE:LUMN) latest 4.2% decline adds to one-year losses, institutional investors may consider drastic measures
A look at the shareholders of Lumen Technologies, Inc. (NYSE:LUMN) can tell us which group is most powerful.
