In August 2025, XPeng Inc., a prominent Chinese smart electric vehicle company, reported record-breaking monthly deliveries of 37,709 Smart EVs, marking a substantial 169% year-over-year increase and a 3% rise compared to the previous month. The company also announced a notable achievement of 271,615 vehicle deliveries in the first eight months of the year, reflecting a 252% increase from the same period last year. With the launch of its all-new XPENG P7 model and the wide acceptance of its human-AI co-pilot feature, the company continues to see significant advancements in the EV market, further evidenced by the 85% penetration rate of its XNGP urban driving feature among active users.

Elsewhere in the market, Gotion High-techLtd (SZSE:002074) was a standout up 10% and ending the day at CN¥40.12. Three days ago, Gotion announced significant financial improvements for the half year, with sales, revenue, and net income all showing notable increases from the previous year. At the same time, Bizlink Holding (TWSE:3665) softened, down 9.2% to close at NT$976.00.
