In February 2026, Ladder Capital Corp. announced it had secured US$675 million in new unsecured capital commitments, expanding its unsecured revolving credit facility to US$1.25 billion and adding a US$275 million unsecured delayed draw term loan priced at 140 basis points over SOFR.
