This Insider Has Just Sold Shares In Solaris Energy Infrastructure
We'd be surprised if Solaris Energy Infrastructure, Inc. (NYSE:SEI) shareholders haven't noticed that the Independent Director, Edgar Giesinger, recently sold US$289k worth of stock at US$28.86 per share. On the bright side, that sale was only 9.9% of their holding, so we doubt it's very meaningful, on its own.
The Last 12 Months Of Insider Transactions At Solaris Energy Infrastructure
The COO, CEO William Zartler made the biggest insider purchase in the last 12 months. That single transaction was for US$473k worth of shares at a price of US$24.07 each. Even though the purchase was made at a significantly lower price than the recent price (US$29.63), we still think insider buying is a positive. Because it occurred at a lower valuation, it doesn't tell us much about whether insiders might find today's price attractive.
Happily, we note that in the last year insiders paid US$1.1m for 46.80k shares. But insiders sold 38.51k shares worth US$761k. In the last twelve months there was more buying than selling by Solaris Energy Infrastructure insiders.
