In September 2012, Jennifer Chin left Kin Kun Group Sdn Bhd and joined Perak Transit Berhad and its subsidiaries ("Group") as an Account Executive, with responsibilities including the preparation of annual and monthly financial statements, budget reviews, and liaison with the Group's external auditors and tax agents. She was promoted to Administration and Finance Manager in July 2014, where her scope expanded to include financial analysis and reporting, review of financial forecasts and projections, cash flow and investment management, as well as oversight of employees' welfare matters. Subsequently, she was promoted to Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") of the Group in June 2019, overseeing all aspects of the Group's finance, accounting and reporting functions. Jennifer Chin, the CFO of the Group, has been redesignated to the position of Corporate Affairs Manager with effect from 21 January 2026. This redesignation is part of the Company's strategic reorganisation, and she will continue to contribute her experience and expertise to the Group in her new role. Following the redesignation, the finance and accounting function will be temporarily overseen by the General Manager, Ismail bin Jamal, supported by the personnel of the existing Finance Department.
