Even with the Screen Agent milestone and growing attention on its AI roadmap, UiPath’s short-term share price performance has been weak, with a 7 day share price decline of 13.85% and a 1 day share price decline of 3.76%. Its 1 year total shareholder return of 14.96% and 3 year total shareholder return of 10.58% suggest longer term holders have still seen gains as sentiment has shifted around executive share sales, index inclusion in the S&P 1000, and the launch of a 2x leveraged PATH ETF.
If this kind of AI activity has your attention, it could be a good moment to scan high growth tech and AI stocks and see what other automation and software names fit your criteria.
With PATH trading around US$15.37 and a value score of 2, plus a modest discount to both analyst targets and some intrinsic estimates, you have to ask: is there real upside left here, or is the market already pricing in future growth?
Most Popular Narrative: 5.5% Undervalued
On this view, UiPath’s fair value of about US$16.27 sits modestly above the last close at US$15.37, which sets up a measured optimism around future profits and multiples.
UiPath's commitment to cloud offerings, with over $975 million in cloud ARR, positions the company to capitalize on AI-driven products and services, which could contribute to revenue growth and improved gross margins.
Curious how a relatively small gap between price and fair value leans on automation demand, margin upgrades and a future earnings multiple that assumes real staying power? The full narrative lays out how revenue mix, profitability shifts and valuation all connect for UiPath.
Result: Fair Value of $16.27 (UNDERVALUED)
Have a read of the narrative in full and understand what's behind the forecasts.
However, there is still a real chance that deal delays tied to geopolitics and FX headwinds on revenue could blunt the optimistic narrative around automation and AI.

A landmark settlement is meant to punish Meta (META). If the 1998 tobacco deal is any guide, it might protect it.

Any moat with an opt-out clause for your competitors is just a fence around your own garden.
Worth looking at what previous legal action actually did to Meta rather than reaching for tobacco. The FTC's record five billion dollar privacy fine in 2019 was met with the stock rising, because it came in below fears and removed an open question. GDPR was designed to constrain large platforms and increased their share of the European ad market, because compliance cost fell hardest on small intermediaries. The FTC's antitrust case, the one that could genuinely have broken the company up, was decided in Meta's favour last November. The only thing that ever meaningfully hurt the business was Apple changing a tracking default, and Meta out-spent that too, while the ad-tech firms that could not afford to rebuild disappeared. The pattern is not that Meta survives regulation. It is that regulation keeps costing its smaller competitors more.
