At the same time, Trend Micro (TSE:4704) softened, down 14.6% to end the day at ¥5,851. This week, Trend Micro revised its annual earnings guidance downward due to rising cloud-related expenses impacting operating income projections.

- Alphabet (NasdaqGS:GOOGL) closed at $346.36 up 0.8%. ASUS announced a collaboration with Google on 2 days ago, offering customers expanded cloud AI services with select laptop purchases at no extra cost.
