We wouldn't blame EVERTEC, Inc. (NYSE:EVTC) shareholders if they were a little worried about the fact that Morgan Schuessler, the President recently netted about US$580k selling shares at an average price of US$35.52. Probably the most concerning element of the whole transaction is that the disposal amounted to 100% of their entire holding.

EVERTEC Insider Transactions Over The Last Year

Notably, that recent sale by President Morgan Schuessler was not the only time they sold EVERTEC shares this year. Earlier in the year, they fetched US$37.92 per share in a -US$5.9m sale. That means that an insider was selling shares at around the current price of US$34.64. While insider selling is a negative, to us, it is more negative if the shares are sold at a lower price. In this case, the big sale took place at around the current price, so it's not too bad (but it's still not a positive).
