Mr. Ford served as the President of Central Valley Community Bank from February 1, 2014 to February 1, 2015. Mr. Ford served as the Chief Executive Officer of PremierWest BanCorp. and its subsidiary, PremierWest Bank since December 2008. He served as the President of PremierWest BanCorp. and PremierWest Bank since October 10, 2006. He served as Senior Executive Vice President of PremierWest BanCorp. since March 23, 2006. He joined PremierWest in April of 2006 taking on substantial responsibility for PremierWest's banking offices in California and Oregon, as well as PremierWest's subsidiaries Premier Finance and PremierWest Investment Services, Inc. Prior to joining PremierWest, he served as the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of $1.2 billion Union Safe Deposit Bank until it was acquired by Bank of the West. At Bank of the West, he served as an Executive Vice President of Planning and Development. He also served as Director of Operations and Technology at Union Safe Deposit Bank. He began his banking career with First Interstate Bank in 1980. While with First Interstate Bank, he served as a Branch Manager in Grants Pass and Area Manager in Medford, responsible for all branch activities in the Rogue Valley. He served with Bank of the West in Walnut Creek, California, where he served as an Executive Vice President of Planning & Development at the Regional Banking Group. He serves as a Director of Central Valley Community Bancorp and Central Valley Community Bank. He serves as a Director of Oregon Bankers Association. He served as a Director at PremierWest BanCorp. since October 2006. He served as a Director of PremierWest Bank. He served on the board for both Southern Oregon University and the University of Oregon Alumni Association. Mr. Ford is a Graduate of the University of Oregon in 1980 and Graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School in 1992.

Central Valley Community Bancorp operates as the bank holding company for the Central Valley Community Bank that provides various commercial banking services to small and middle-market businesses and individuals in the central valley area of California. The company accepts deposit products, such as savings, NOW, and money market accounts, as well as time certificates of deposit; and non-interest bearing demand deposits. Its loan products include commercial and industrial loans, as well as loans secured by crop production and livestock; owner occupied and investor commercial real estate, real estate construction and other land, agricultural real estate, and other real estate loans; and equity loans and lines of credit, and installment and other consumer loans. The company also offers domestic and international wire transfer, safe deposit box, Internet banking, and other customary banking services. As of December 31, 2018, the company operated 21 full-service banking offices in Cameron Park, Clovis, Exeter, Fair Oaks, Folsom, Fresno, Kerman, Lodi, Madera, Merced, Modesto, Oakhurst, Prather, Rancho Cordova, Roseville, Sacramento, Stockton, and Visalia.
