Reflecting on Suntec Real Estate Investment Trust's (SGX:T82U) Share Price Returns Over The Last Three Years

Unfortunately, that's been the case for longer term Suntec Real Estate Investment Trust (SGX:T82U) shareholders, since the share price is down 31% in the last three years, falling well short of the market decline of around 9.7%.

It is important to consider the total shareholder return, as well as the share price return, for any given stock.
