Marvel Decor Insider Transactions Over The Last Year

In the last twelve months, the biggest single purchase by an insider was when Executive Chairman & MD Ashok Paun bought ₹10.0m worth of shares at a price of ₹109 per share. So it's clear an insider wanted to buy, at around the current price, which is ₹110. That means they have been optimistic about the company in the past, though they may have changed their mind. While we always like to see insider buying, it's less meaningful if the purchases were made at much lower prices, as the opportunity they saw may have passed. The good news for Marvel Decor share holders is that an insider was buying at near the current price. Ashok Paun was the only individual insider to buy during the last year.

Ashok Paun purchased 475.00k shares over the year. The average price per share was ₹105.
