China Brilliant Global Limited Announces CEO Changes, Effective 1 July 2023 The board of directors of China Brilliant Global Limited (the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") announced that due to internal work adjustment and further optimization of duty allocation in the Group, Ms. Chung Elizabeth Ching Yee ("Ms. Chung") has resigned as the chief executive officer of the Group (the "CEO") with effect from 1 July 2023. Ms. Chung will remain as the executive director of the Group.
