Favourable Signals For Wizz Air Holdings: Numerous Insiders Acquired Stock
Generally, when a single insider buys stock, it is usually not a big deal. However, when several insiders are buying, like in the case of Wizz Air Holdings Plc (LON:WIZZ), it sends a favourable message to the company's shareholders.
While insider transactions are not the most important thing when it comes to long-term investing, logic dictates you should pay some attention to whether insiders are buying or selling shares.
Wizz Air Holdings Insider Transactions Over The Last Year
The CEO & Executive Director József Váradi made the biggest insider purchase in the last 12 months. That single transaction was for UK£141k worth of shares at a price of UK£14.09 each. That means that an insider was happy to buy shares at around the current price of UK£14.20. That means they have been optimistic about the company in the past, though they may have changed their mind. While we always like to see insider buying, it's less meaningful if the purchases were made at much lower prices, as the opportunity they saw may have passed. The good news for Wizz Air Holdings share holders is that insiders were buying at near the current price.
Wizz Air Holdings insiders may have bought shares in the last year, but they didn't sell any. The chart below shows insider transactions (by companies and individuals) over the last year. For a common shareholder, it is worth checking how many shares are held by company insiders. I reckon it's a good sign if insiders own a significant number of shares in the company. While this is a strong but not outstanding level of insider ownership, it's enough to indicate some alignment between management and smaller shareholders.

When was the last time that Tesla delivered on its promises? Lets go through the list! The last successful would be the Tesla Model 3 which was 2019 with first deliveries 2017. Roadster not shipped. Tesla Cybertruck global roll out failed. They might have a bunch of prototypes (that are being controlled remotely) And you think they'll be able to ship something as complicated as a robot? It's a pure speculation buy.
This article completely disregards (ignores, forgets) how far China is in this field. If Tesla continues on this path, they will be fighting for their lives trying to sell $40000 dollar robots that can do less than a $10000 dollar one from China will do. Fair value of Tesla? It has always been a hype stock with a valuation completely unbased in reality. Your guess is as good as mine, but especially after the carbon credit scheme got canned, it is downwards of $150.
