Insiders Could Have Profited By Holding onto TPXimpact Holdings Shares Despite 12% Drop
TPXimpact Holdings plc's (LON:TPX) value has fallen 12% in the last week, but insiders who sold UK£504k worth of stock over the last year have had less success. Given that the average selling price of UK£0.42 is still lower than the current share price, insiders would probably have been better off keeping their shares.
Although we don't think shareholders should simply follow insider transactions, logic dictates you should pay some attention to whether insiders are buying or selling shares.
TPXimpact Holdings Insider Transactions Over The Last Year
The Co-Founder & Non-Executive Director, Neal Gandhi, made the biggest insider sale in the last 12 months. That single transaction was for UK£504k worth of shares at a price of UK£0.42 each. We generally don't like to see insider selling, but the lower the sale price, the more it concerns us. The good news is that this large sale was at well above current price of UK£0.19. So it may not tell us anything about how insiders feel about the current share price. Neal Gandhi was the only individual insider to sell over the last year.
The chart below shows insider transactions (by companies and individuals) over the last year. If you click on the chart, you can see all the individual transactions, including the share price, individual, and the date!

Insider Ownership Of TPXimpact Holdings
Many investors like to check how much of a company is owned by insiders. A high insider ownership often makes company leadership more mindful of shareholder interests. TPXimpact Holdings insiders own about UK£3.6m worth of shares. That equates to 21% of the company. While this is a strong but not outstanding level of insider ownership, it's enough to indicate some alignment between management and smaller shareholders.
So What Do The TPXimpact Holdings Insider Transactions Indicate?
There haven't been any insider transactions in the last three months -- that doesn't mean much. We don't take much encouragement from the transactions by TPXimpact Holdings insiders. The modest level of insider ownership is, at least, some comfort. While it's good to be aware of what's going on with the insider's ownership and transactions, we make sure to also consider what risks are facing a stock before making any investment decision. When we did our research, we found 2 warning signs for TPXimpact Holdings (1 makes us a bit uncomfortable!) that we believe deserve your full attention.

When was the last time that Tesla delivered on its promises? Lets go through the list! The last successful would be the Tesla Model 3 which was 2019 with first deliveries 2017. Roadster not shipped. Tesla Cybertruck global roll out failed. They might have a bunch of prototypes (that are being controlled remotely) And you think they'll be able to ship something as complicated as a robot? It's a pure speculation buy.
This article completely disregards (ignores, forgets) how far China is in this field. If Tesla continues on this path, they will be fighting for their lives trying to sell $40000 dollar robots that can do less than a $10000 dollar one from China will do. Fair value of Tesla? It has always been a hype stock with a valuation completely unbased in reality. Your guess is as good as mine, but especially after the carbon credit scheme got canned, it is downwards of $150.
