The Last 12 Months Of Insider Transactions At Oklo Resources
In the last twelve months, the biggest single purchase by an insider was when MD, CEO & Director Simon Taylor bought AU$109k worth of shares at a price of AU$0.14 per share. That means that even when the share price was higher than AU$0.10 (the recent price), an insider wanted to purchase shares. While their view may have changed since the purchase was made, this does at least suggest they have had confidence in the company's future. We always take careful note of the price insiders pay when purchasing shares. As a general rule, we feel more positive about a stock when an insider has bought shares at above current prices, because that suggests they viewed the stock as good value, even at a higher price. Simon Taylor was the only individual insider to buy during the last year.

Looking at the total insider shareholdings in a company can help to inform your view of whether they are well aligned with common shareholders. I reckon it's a good sign if insiders own a significant number of shares in the company. From our data, it seems that Oklo Resources insiders own 8.3% of the company, worth about AU$4.2m. But they may have an indirect interest through a corporate structure that we haven't picked up on. Overall, this level of ownership isn't that impressive, but it's certainly better than nothing!
