Pursuant to Nasdaq Listing rule 5810(c)(3)(A), the Company was granted 180 calendar days, or until March 19, 2025, to regain compliance with the Bid Price Rule. In response, on March 19, 2025, the Company submitted a formal request to Nasdaq for an additional 180-calendar day period to regain compliance with the Bid Price Rule and provided written notice to Nasdaq that the Company intends to effectuate a reverse stock split during the additional compliance period if necessary to regain compliance with the Bid Price Rule.
