Management has publicly targeted at least $150M in annual revenue by fiscal 2029, implying a materially larger business if backlog continues converting into revenue. FEIM's moat is built on qualification barriers, mission-critical reliability, and embedded aerospace and defense relationships that could also hold strategic value for larger industry players. Backlog now exceeds 1.7x nine-month revenue and nearly 5x quarterly revenue, providing unusually strong forward visibility for a company of FEIM's size. While FEIM stock's valuation appears rich on trailing metrics, future earnings power could scale meaningfully if operating leverage and margin expansion materialize as revenue grows. Seeking Alpha • May 26Frequency Electronics: The Rerating May Still Be EarlySummary Frequency Electronics, Inc. is evolving from a niche timing supplier into a backlog-conversion and operating-leverage story, supported by a record $83M funded backlog and roughly $45M in new satellite awards.
