Upon completion, Systemair AB (publ) will own 100% stake in HSK Türkiye. The company has developed very well since the acquisition and sales have grown to about €55 million with about 350 employees. The current MD Ayça Eroglu, will assist the company in the future through a board position. The acquisition is subject to approval from the Turkish competition authorities and final approval is expected in the coming months.
