GomSpace Group AB Announces Step Down of Henrik Kølle from the Board of Directors, Effective June 10, 2025 GomSpace Group AB announced that following the recent Annual General Meeting, Hasse Resenbro has been appointed as a non-executive director of GomSpace Group AB. His appointment brings significant defense sector expertise at both the European and global levels, further strengthening the Board's strategic capabilities. Hasse Resenbro is currently serving abroad with the Danish Defense and is expected to fully assume his Board responsibilities during the summer. Henrik Kølle has stepped down from the Board of Directors, effective June 10, 2025, due to current professional commitments.
