This is considered a major risk. Ultimately, shareholders want to see a good return on their investment and that generally comes from sharing in the company's profits. If profits are declining over an extended period, then in most cases the share price will decline over time unless the company can turn around its fortunes. A trend of falling earnings can be very difficult to turn around. If the company is well already established it may also be a sign the company has matured and is in decline. In addition, if the company pays dividends it will also likely need to reduce or cut them, striking a dual blow to total shareholder returns. Currently, the following risks have been identified for the company: Major Risk Earnings have declined by 5.8% per year over the past 5 years. Minor Risks Share price has been volatile over the past 3 months (9.2% average weekly change). Shareholders have been diluted in the past year (20% increase in shares outstanding). Significant insider selling over the past 3 months (kr1.0m sold).Recent Insider Transactions • Mar 01Independent Director recently sold kr1.0m worth of stockOn the 25th of February, Nikolaj Wendelboe sold around 50k shares on-market at roughly kr20.24 per share. Over the last 3 years on average, earnings per share has increased by 52% per year but the company’s share price has only increased by 17% per year, which means it is significantly lagging earnings growth.New Risk • Aug 18New minor risk - Shareholder dilutionThe company's shareholders have been diluted in the past year. Increase in shares outstanding: 20% This is considered a minor risk. Shareholder dilution occurs when there is an increase in the number of shares on issue that is not proportionally distributed between all shareholders. Often due to the company raising equity capital or some options being converted into stock. All else being equal, if there are more shares outstanding then each existing share will be entitled to a lower proportion of the company's total earnings, thus reducing earnings per share (EPS). While dilution might not always result in lower EPS (like if the company is using the capital to fund an EPS accretive acquisition) in a lot cases it does, along with lower dividends per share and less voting power at shareholder meetings. Currently, the following risks have been identified for the company: Major Risk Share price has been highly volatile over the past 3 months (16% average weekly change). Minor Risks Shareholders have been diluted in the past year (20% increase in shares outstanding). Significant insider selling over the past 3 months (kr587k sold).分析記事 • Aug 17GomSpace Group AB (publ) (STO:GOMX) Shares Slammed 31% But Getting In Cheap Might Be Difficult RegardlessGomSpace Group AB (publ) ( STO:GOMX ) shares have retraced a considerable 31% in the last month, reversing a fair...分析記事 • Jun 22Market Might Still Lack Some Conviction On GomSpace Group AB (publ) (STO:GOMX) Even After 37% Share Price BoostGomSpace Group AB (publ) ( STO:GOMX ) shares have continued their recent momentum with a 37% gain in the last month...お知らせ • Jun 11GomSpace Group AB Announces Step Down of Henrik Kølle from the Board of Directors, Effective June 10, 2025GomSpace Group AB announced that following the recent Annual General Meeting, Hasse Resenbro has been appointed as a non-executive director of GomSpace Group AB. New Risk • Mar 06New major risk - Revenue and earnings growthEarnings have declined by 5.8% per year over the past 5 years. Significant insider selling over the past 3 months (kr1.0m sold).

New Risk • Aug 18New minor risk - Shareholder dilutionThe company's shareholders have been diluted in the past year. Significant insider selling over the past 3 months (kr587k sold).

New Risk • May 09New major risk - Revenue and earnings growthEarnings have declined by 7.9% per year over the past 5 years. Currently, the following risks have been identified for the company: Major Risks Share price has been highly volatile over the past 3 months (16% average weekly change). Earnings have declined by 7.9% per year over the past 5 years.
