With a strong background in leading digital transformation initiatives, Mr. Chuang excels in technology architecture, system design and strategic leadership. His expertise in navigating complex technological landscapes, coupled with his ability to drive innovation, positions him as a key driver of Censof’s continued success and growth. In 1998, Mr. Chuang began his career at JVC Electronics Malaysia Sdn Bhd and left the company in year 2002 as the Head of the Information System Center, where he led IT infrastructure development and implementation, supporting the company’s business operations and technological advancements. He was also the Managing Director of Pryxious Holiday Planner Sdn Bhd and Ritonet Sdn Bhd (2002 – 2024), overseeing strategic direction, business expansion, and operational efficiency. Additionally, he held the position of Head of Web Development & Product Development at eGenting Services Sdn Bhd (2007 – 2008), where he was responsible for leading digital product innovations and enhancing user experience. His last position prior to joining Censof was as the Business Development and Delivery General Manager for Fusionex Group. At Censof, Mr. Chuang is poised to leverage his vast experience to enhance the company’s technology infrastructure and lead innovative initiatives that will accelerate its digital transformation including AI/ML initiatives. CENSOF will acquire 0.162 million shares and currently holds 58.2% stake and post completion will holds 89.1% stake in Asian Business Software Solutions Pte Ltd. For the financial year ended March 31, 2020 Asian Business Software Solutions Pte Ltd has revenue of MYR 5.2 million, net profit of MYR 1.3 million, total assets of MYR 2.7 million and net assets of MYR 0.81 million.
