お知らせ • Jan 12System1 Group PLC (AIM:SYS1) commences an Equity Buyback Plan for 1,984,015 shares, representing 15% of its issued share capital, under the authorization approved on August 13, 2021.System1 Group PLC (AIM:SYS1) commences share repurchases on January 11, 2022, under the program mandated by the shareholders in the Annual General Meeting held on August 13, 2021. As per the mandate, the company is authorized to repurchase up to 1,984,015 shares, representing 15% of its issued share capital. The minimum purchase price which may be paid for any ordinary share will be 1 pence. The maximum purchase price which may be paid for any ordinary share will not be more than the higher of the price of the last independent trade and the highest current independent purchase bid on the London Stock Exchange at the time the purchase is carried out. All the repurchased shares will be held in treasury or cancelled. The authority will expire on the conclusion of the next annual general meeting of the company or, if earlier, 15 months after the date of passing of this resolution. On January 7, 2022, the company announced a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to £0.75 million worth of its shares. The program will be funded from the company's existing cash resources. The purpose of the program is to enhance shareholder returns and to satisfy obligations in relation to employee share schemes. The program will commence immediately and run to no later than 31 March 2022.
