However, the overhang from convertible notes and warrants recently issued to primary lender Dialectic Technology SPV LLC is likely to persist in the near term. In addition, skyrocketing memory prices could negatively impact margins for the company's more advanced flash storage products while at the same time lifting demand for Quantum's cold data storage solutions. Should new management indeed return the business to sustained growth and improved margins, upside in the shares could be north of 50% and potentially even higher.
