Mr. Blessing served as Senior Vice President of product development at Oracle and oversees the product strategy and development of its cloud-based talent management applications. Mr. Blessing served as the Chief Executive Officer of Plex Systems, Inc. since January 2013 until December 2017. Mr. Blessing served as an Executive Vice President, Products and Technology at Taleo Corp. Mr. Blessing served as Senior Vice President - Products and Technology of Taleo Corp. since July, 2010. Mr. Blessing served as Group Vice President and General Manager for Small and Medium Business (SMB) Business Unit of Taleo Corp. since April 30, 2007. Mr. Blessing held a number of executive positions at Taleo, an HR cloud company, as well as several executive positions at PeopleSoft after starting his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP’s management consulting practice. Mr. Blessing was responsible for strategy, sales, marketing, services, support and product development for all solutions targeted at the SMB market including the Taleo Business Edition(TM) and Taleo Hourly Express(TM) product lines. Prior to Taleo, Mr. Blessing served as a Regional Vice President in the small and medium business unit of Oracle Consulting with management responsibility for a number of US and Canadian regions. In this capacity, he was responsible for managing the direct and indirect sales force as well as client delivery and satisfaction. He served as a Director at Plex Systems, Inc. until October 9, 2017. Mr. Blessing should serve as a Director based on his position as Chief Executive Officer of Model N, Inc. and his understanding of the software industry. He has a deep technical background and understanding of product development and product lifecycles through more than a decade of experience in consulting at both PeopleSoft and Price Waterhouse. His services experience includes participation in a number of large ERP system rollouts and management responsibility for global software implementations. He has been a Member of Advisory Board at Bunchball Inc. since October 2012. Mr. Blessing holds a B.A. from the University of Michigan.
