- On top of this, Zoom introduced new AI capabilities for its Virtual Agent, including the Agent Architect and Agent Performance Suite, aiming to simplify the creation and monitoring of AI-powered customer-service agents across voice and chat channels.
- Next, we will examine how Zoom’s push into workflow-embedded AI, particularly through Agent Architect, may influence its broader investment narrative.

Zoom Communications Investment Narrative Recap
To own Zoom today, you need to believe its shift from a meetings app to an AI‑first “system of action” can offset a maturing core video business and firm competition from larger suites. Hey James! Thank you but I am not sure if I am reading this correctly as your analysis opens with "At A$36.602 per share, Woodside Energy Group (ASX: WDS) appears reasonably valued based on its existing operations and near-term production growth." I would like to say that the last time that WDS was above $36.00 per share was in October 2023, so I am a little confused by your statement w.r.t. current prices etc . Can you please explain?
