How Does Mark Meller's Compensation Compare With Similar Sized Companies?

Our data indicates that SilverSun Technologies, Inc. is worth US$13m, and total annual CEO compensation is US$705k. (This figure is for the year to December 2018). Is SilverSun Technologies, Inc. Growing?

On average over the last three years, SilverSun Technologies, Inc. has shrunk earnings per share by 63% each year (measured with a line of best fit). In the last year, its revenue is up 17%.

Unfortunately, earnings per share have trended lower over the last three years. There's no doubt that the silver lining is that revenue is up. But it isn't sufficiently fast growth to overlook the fact that earnings per share has gone backwards over three years. These factors suggest that the business performance wouldn't really justify a high pay packet for the CEO.

Has SilverSun Technologies, Inc. Been A Good Investment?

Most shareholders would probably be pleased with SilverSun Technologies, Inc. for providing a total return of 105% over three years. As a result, some may believe the CEO should be paid more than is normal for companies of similar size.

In Summary...

We compared total CEO remuneration at SilverSun Technologies, Inc. with the amount paid at companies with a similar market capitalization. We found that it pays well over the median amount paid in the benchmark group.

Neither earnings per share nor revenue have been growing sufficiently fast to impress us, over the last three years.

On the other hand, returns have been good, so the company is doing something right. Considering this, shareholders are probably not too worried about the CEO compensation. So you may want to check if insiders are buying SilverSun Technologies shares with their own money (free access).

What you have missed is that this event happened last year too. Last year the number was 21 seconds. This year it beat Bolt. That's 60% improvement in an year. Now extrapolate this in many axes of work that Robots can come and fill in. The physical productivity and AI boom is just starting.

I can't pick a company. But I can pick a person. With no doubt that's Musk. Optimus for blue collar productivity increase and xAI for white collar productivity increase. Did anyone dabble with GrokBot here?

At first glance, this was the strongest earnings season in years. But when you look at where the growth actually came from, the story splits into two very different pictures.
