Shareholders in Hudson Pacific Properties (NYSE:HPP) have lost 33%, as stock drops 8.9% this past week

We regret to report that long term Hudson Pacific Properties, Inc. (NYSE:HPP) shareholders have had that experience, with the share price dropping 40% in three years, versus a market return of about 41%. The more recent news is of little comfort, with the share price down 23% in a year. Even worse, it's down 19% in about a month, which isn't fun at all.
