PACS Group Insiders Sold US$657m Of Shares Suggesting Hesitancy
Over the past year, many PACS Group, Inc. (NYSE:PACS) insiders sold a significant stake in the company which may have piqued investors' interest. When evaluating insider transactions, knowing whether insiders are buying is usually more beneficial than knowing whether they are selling, as the latter can be open to many interpretations. However, shareholders should take a deeper look if several insiders are selling stock over a specific time period.
While we would never suggest that investors should base their decisions solely on what the directors of a company have been doing, we do think it is perfectly logical to keep tabs on what insiders are doing.

The Last 12 Months Of Insider Transactions At PACS Group
In the last twelve months, the biggest single sale by an insider was when the Co-Founder, Jason Murray, sold US$295m worth of shares at a price of US$36.25 per share. While we don't usually like to see insider selling, it's more concerning if the sales take place at a lower price. It's of some comfort that this sale was conducted at a price well above the current share price, which is US$13.39. So it may not tell us anything about how insiders feel about the current share price.
