Dr. Hosseinion served as a Secretary of Apollo Medical Holdings, Inc. since September 2015 until December 11, 2017. He served as Principal Accounting Officer of Apollo Medical Holdings Inc. Dr. Hosseinion served as an Interim Chairman of the Board of Apollo Medical Holdings, Inc. from December 9, 2011 to February 16, 2012 and has been its Executive Director since July 2008.
