rPlus Energies has acquired two significant solar and storage projects in Ada County, Idaho, encompassing a total of 900 megawatts (MW) of capacity. These acquisitions, including the Blacks Creek Energy Center and Bluebird Solar projects, enhance rPlus Energies' position as the leading solar and storage developer in Idaho. Scheduled to become operational in 2027 and 2028, these projects highlight Idaho's growing role in the American West for renewable energy development. The projects are part of rPlus Energies’ strategy to foster sustainable energy growth in the region, contributing to over $1.4 billion in planned investments and a cumulative capacity of over 1.2 gigawatts (GW). This development reflects the increasing integration of economic growth with responsible energy initiatives in Idaho.
