Pulte Warns Of Supply Shortages. Who Cares? Buy This Stock
Pulte's stock price got hit on a press release that said supply shortages will reduce this year's home closings. But this will still be a great year for Pulte, as my charts show. Homebuilders’ long-term bullish demand story remains intact. Pulte's current valuation is plain silly.

Buy PulteGroup, Ride Strong New Home Demand And PHM's Raging Cash Flow
New home demand should remain strong for the next five years because housing is in seriously short supply. Pulte has steadily improved its gross and overhead margins over the past decade, and has sharply increased its free cash earned per home. Pulte is increasingly using a capital-lite land management strategy, which is allowing management to steadily reduce its share count and increase EPS. I believe the stock should double by '25, and is unlikely to be lower then.
