How Strong Is Beazer Homes USA's Balance Sheet?

The latest balance sheet data shows that Beazer Homes USA had liabilities of US$203.1m due within a year, and liabilities of US$1.07b falling due after that. Offsetting these obligations, it had cash of US$276.1m as well as receivables valued at US$33.2m due within 12 months.
