Insider Sellers Might Regret Selling ESGL Holdings Shares at a Lower Price Than Current Market Value
Despite the fact that ESGL Holdings Limited's (NASDAQ:ESGL) value has dropped 13% in the last week insiders who sold US$2.1m worth of stock in the past 12 months have had less success. Insiders would probably have been better off holding on to their shares given that the average selling price of US$1.88 is still lower than the current share price.
While insider transactions are not the most important thing when it comes to long-term investing, logic dictates you should pay some attention to whether insiders are buying or selling shares.

So it is hard to draw any strong conclusion from it. The only individual insider seller over the last year was Leng Chuang Quek.
