Citizens Bancshares Corporation operates as the holding company for Citizens Trust Bank that provides various commercial banking services to individual and corporate customers in the United States. The company offers checking, savings, NOW, and money market accounts; investment accounts; certificate of deposit account registry services (CDARS); demand and time deposits; and credit cards. It also provides small business loans; financial and agricultural loans; loans secured by personal property, such as automobiles, marketable securities, and other titled recreational vehicles and motorcycles, as well as unsecured consumer debt; commercial real estate loans; residential first mortgages; construction and development loans; home loans and equity lines of credit; auto loans; secured and unsecured personal loans; commercial loans for owner-occupied real estate, equipment, investment real estate, and renovation; and government, conventional, and jumbo loans.
