Several Insiders Invested In Cint Group Flagging Positive News
It is usually uneventful when a single insider buys stock. However, When quite a few insiders buy shares, as it happened in Cint Group AB (publ)'s (STO:CINT) case, it's fantastic news for shareholders.
While we would never suggest that investors should base their decisions solely on what the directors of a company have been doing, we do think it is perfectly logical to keep tabs on what insiders are doing.

Cint Group Insider Transactions Over The Last Year
The Chief Executive Officer Giles Palmer made the biggest insider purchase in the last 12 months. That single transaction was for kr1.0m worth of shares at a price of kr6.78 each. Even though the purchase was made at a significantly lower price than the recent price (kr9.27), we still think insider buying is a positive. While it does suggest insiders consider the stock undervalued at lower prices, this transaction doesn't tell us much about what they think of current prices.
