Biography

Bergman & Beving AB (publ) acquires, develops, and provides brands for the manufacturing and construction sectors. The company operates through three divisions: Building Materials, Workplace Safety, and Tools & Consumables. The Building Materials division develops and markets fastening products and solutions, as well as fire sealing systems under the ESSVE and Fireseal brands. This division also offers fire protection solutions under the Flammatex and Inspecto brand names. The Workplace Safety division develops products and services in workplace safety under the Zekler, Guide, L. Brador, Cresto, Skydda, and Arbesko brand names. This division provides fall protection solutions; protective eyewear, hearing protection, and respiratory protection equipment; clothing for craftsmen; protective and work shoes; protective and work gloves; and personal protective equipment. The Tools & Consumables division engages in the supply of tools and machinery, including Teng Tools brand of hand tools; and Limit measuring tools, as well as Luna tools and machinery. Bergman & Beving AB (publ) has operations in Sweden, Norway, Finland, and internationally. The company was formerly known as B&B Tools AB (publ) and changed its name to Bergman & Beving AB (publ) in June 2017. Bergman & Beving AB (publ) was founded in 1906 and is headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden.
