This Pyrum Innovations Insider Increased Their Holding By 38% Last Year
From what we can see, insiders were net buyers in Pyrum Innovations AG's (OB:PYRUM ) during the past 12 months. That is, insiders acquired the stock in greater numbers than they sold it.
While we would never suggest that investors should base their decisions solely on what the directors of a company have been doing, we do think it is perfectly logical to keep tabs on what insiders are doing.
Pyrum Innovations Insider Transactions Over The Last Year
Over the last year, we can see that the biggest insider purchase was by Member of Supervisory Board Jürgen Opitz for kr32m worth of shares, at about kr324 per share. So it's clear an insider wanted to buy, at around the current price, which is kr342. While their view may have changed since the purchase was made, this does at least suggest they have had confidence in the company's future. While we always like to see insider buying, it's less meaningful if the purchases were made at much lower prices, as the opportunity they saw may have passed. The good news for Pyrum Innovations share holders is that an insider was buying at near the current price. Jürgen Opitz was the only individual insider to buy shares in the last twelve months.

Insider Ownership Of Pyrum Innovations
Looking at the total insider shareholdings in a company can help to inform your view of whether they are well aligned with common shareholders. I reckon it's a good sign if insiders own a significant number of shares in the company. It appears that Pyrum Innovations insiders own 22% of the company, worth about kr247m. This level of insider ownership is good but just short of being particularly stand-out. It certainly does suggest a reasonable degree of alignment.
So What Does This Data Suggest About Pyrum Innovations Insiders?
