NLC India Limited Plans to Setup Another Coal Based Pit Head Thermal Power Project of 2400 MW (3 X 800 MW) at Talabira, Jharsuguda Dist., Odisha NLC India Ltd, has also planned to setup another Coal based Pit Head Thermal Power Project of 2400 MW (3 x 800 MW) at Talabira, Jharsuguda Dist., Odisha.
