The Disposable Batteries segment offers cylindrical batteries, such as alkaline and carbon cylindrical batteries; and micro-button cells comprising alkaline and other micro button cells. The Rechargeable Batteries and Other Battery-Related Products segment provides rechargeable batteries; and other battery-related products, including battery chargers, battery power packs, and electric fans. The company offers batteries under the Golden Power brand, and brands of private label and OEM customers. It is also involved in general trading; and property holding and investment activities. The company was founded in 1972 and is headquartered in Tai Po, Hong Kong. Golden Power Group Holdings Limited is a subsidiary of Golden Villa Ltd.
